It's late

It's late at night, and I am still up. I have class at eight in the morning. Oh dear! Why can I never go to sleep early on "school nights?" Seriously! I tell myself that I am going to go to bed early. Sadly, it never works out that way. Not that I have homework to do or anything, it is just I am up talking to my friends. I know I should be smart enough to go to bed, but I just love hanging out and talking to my friends! I can not help that they are night owls. Them being night owls has caused me to become a night owl as well. Back in high school, I went to bed no later than ten thirty. What has happened? College! College happened! I love it though. It seems that no matter how late I stay up at night, I still make it through class. Though, the thought of a nap after class stays in the back of my mind. I always make it through class without falling asleep. I think that is an achievement in itself! One day, I think the sleep deprivation is going to catch up with me. When it does, I am done for. However, for now, I am good. I guess I am going to keep doing what I am doing until it does not work for me anymore.
